Top 3 Eyeshadows (....well........4!!)

Hey lovelies,

Hope you are all well!

This is the next in my Top 3 series. It was too hard to pick three eyeshadows so this is my top four! :)

I wear these four eyeshadows on an almost daily basis so they are well loved!

First is Bourjois Little Round Roud in 08 Beige Rose, then Natural Collection in Milk Chocolate then two MAC eyeshadows. The top is Embark and the bottom is Satin Taupe.

Swatches are below. I usually use the Bourjois all over my lid and as a highlight for my cheek bones as it is a gorgeous shade. Then the Milk Chocolate in the crease with Satin Taupe in the outer corner. I vary between Satin Taupe and Embark in the outer corner and underneath the lower lashes. A quick bit of liquid eyeliner and mascara and I'm good to go! :)

The next Top 3 will be my powders. This will include bronzer as I only have one! Lol

Keep a lookout for the next one.

Have a fab evening

FOTD

Hi girlies,
Here is my face of the day for today....I don't have much makeup on since I am ill with a cold at the mo....my nose is so dry and sore from constantly rubbing it with tissues. :(
I am just relaxing on the couch in my big John Mayer hoody, listening to some music feeling very sorry for myself! Haha

These pics are a bit crappy as I took them using my webcam on my laptop as my memory card is still full with pics from the John Mayer concert I went to last week.
This was using:

Clinique Even Better foundation - yes I caved a bought it a few weeks ago and I LOVE IT! :) MUFE concealer, MAC loose blot powder, Natural Collection Blusher in Pink Cloud, UDPP, Bourjois eyeshadow in Beige Rose (or something like that), Natural Collection eyeshadow in Milk Chocolate and MAC eyeshadow in Embark. Then a thin line of L'Oreal Super Liner (I love this stuff and recommend it a lot!) then a coat of Maybelline Colossal Mascara.

My Top 3 Eyeshadows will be up later.

Project "use things up before I buy any more" quest!

Okay,
Hands up - I have too much makeup, more than I need. I know this and hold my hands up to it.

I am starting a kind of project 10+ pan to use some things up before I buy any more products. I buy things then tend to forget about them for a few months until I find them lurking at the bottom of my makeup bag.

I need to save some money too!!! I have a gift voucher for Boots to use so thats allowed right??!! I'm not really spending! HAHA!

So yeah follow my progress over the coming weeks and let me know if any of you are embarking on a "use things up" quest! :)

The next post will be up soon - My Top 3 Eyeshadows.

Love

My top 3 blushers

This will be another instalment in my **Top 3 series**.
Up next we have blushers. I love blushers and have a variety of colours and finishes from a variety of brands. But these three are my firm favourites and I reach for these three the most!!

First we have MAC Fleur Power which is a lovely corally pink/red shade. You have to have a light hand with this if you are fair skinned or you will end up looking like a clown!! It is a gorgeous colour though once you get the application right. I use a GOSH duo fibre brush for this as I find it gives the best finish. If I have been a bit heavy with it, I just use a kabuki brush to blend it out. It leaves a gorgeous naturally flushed look! This has been perfect for winter.

Next is Sleek blush in Pixie Pink. This is a hot hot pink which is lovely! I love this blusher as it also gives a nice flushed look without looking too OTT.

Finally is Urban Decay blusher in Fetish. This is a lovely deep pink colour with some gold shimmers through it. I love this so much and got it in Boots for half price so it was under £6! Makes me love it more. The packaging is so sweet, I love Urban Decay packaging, they have to have the most cute and lovely packaging. Colour payoff on this is amazing, comes out looking exactly like it is in the pot. Again, I blend this out with a kabuki for a more natural finish. There is just the right amount of shimmer in this and it looks beautiful on my skin.

These are some swatches of the blushers but my camera has come out all orange! You can kind of get the idea though - although the Sleek has been washed out a bit, it is far more of a hot pink.
Up next in this series will be my Top 3 Eyeshadows - that is going to be a toughie!

Take care chicas

Clinique Even Better Foundation?

Any of you lovely girlies tried this? I think it is quite a new product so may not be available everywhere but I watched Blair's (JuicyStar07 on YouTube) new foundation routine and this foundation looks amazing! Definately go and watch her video and see what I'm talking about.

Just trying to get some opinions before I go and spend out on it! :)

It is a skin tone correcting foundation and I have a good amount of redness on my face so this sounds perfect.
It is around the £20 mark so is quite pricey.

Thanks lovelies
